We kindly ask that you…

  • We aim to provide a quiet and tranquil spa environment for all of our guests, and kindly request that you turn off or silence your mobile phone on arrival.

    As our salon is peaceful and private, please come to your appointment alone. We do not cater to group or couples bookings.

    New clients must arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment for introductions and to complete a wellness consultation form. Please inform us if you have any allergies or medical conditions.

    Treatments will not be extended to late arrivals as this compromises the spa time of the next guest - please contact the salon immediately if you are running late, as your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

  • Booking & Cancellation Policy

    As a busy, single-therapist salon, all appointments at Spa Sanctuary must be secured with a valid credit card.

    To confirm your booking, please follow the verification link and enter your card details. Your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

    You will receive an SMS and Email reminder 3 days prior to your appointment.

    Cancellations and rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee.

    Same-day cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows will incur a 100% fee.

    If you are redeeming a gift voucher or gift card, a credit card is still required to secure your booking. Your card will only be charged in the case of a late reschedule, cancellation or no-show. Please bring your gift voucher/card with you to your appointment for redemption. Gift vouchers will be void if the cancellation policy is breached
